Privacy policy
How the current StarLith Studio showcase handles visitor information.

Scope
This draft covers studio.starlith.net. Client websites and other products have their own data practices. The controller’s full identity and privacy contact still require confirmation by the owner.
Enquiry form
Submitting the form sends your contact details, project description, page language and inquiry identifier to a Cloudflare Workers handler. To respond to your inquiry, it sends a notification to the owner via Telegram and email through Resend. The code does not maintain a separate inquiry database; copies may remain in email, Telegram and provider systems. Retention periods, controller details and provider arrangements still require confirmation by the owner. Do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for an initial conversation.
Form protection
Cloudflare Turnstile loads when you approach the form. The handler checks the token, hostname and action and uses the IP address to limit request frequency. Application logs do not include contact details, project descriptions or IP addresses. Infrastructure logging settings still need a separate review.
Technical information
Opening a page sends requests to the hosting infrastructure. It may process IP addresses, request times, requested URLs and browser information to deliver and protect the site. Providers, log retention, processing locations and legal grounds must be confirmed against the actual configuration before approval.
Analytics and resources
The current showcase code contains no analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts and images are hosted with the site. Additional services enabled at the hosting level still need to be checked before launch.
Data enquiries
The process for exercising applicable rights, contact details, retention periods and remaining terms will be completed once the owner’s identity and processes are confirmed. This is not yet a complete privacy notice.
